While everyone claims to give good customer service, the proof is in the pudding. We are currently active in the following areas in order to provide the best package of services and education to our customers:

• Each employee is involved in a designed continuing education program that ensures you are dealing with professional and knowledgeable staff members in all areas of our agency.
• We provide an "On-line" newsletter each quarter designed to communicate ideas, strategies and explanations to build value and usage of your insurance and financial programs.
• Claims are not just submitted to the insurance company on your behalf. We take an active role in making sure your settlement is fair and timely.
• Each customer is assigned to a CSA, Customer Service Representative, who will become familiar with your account and be prepared to coordinate all service. This consistency and familiarity ensures our customers will get to know their CSA on a more personal basis.
• We provide 2 convenient locations to serve our customers:

• We provide 24 Hour Claims Notification service at the agency. During open hours, all claims are to be reported to your CSA who will begin immediately processing and handling your claim needs. During closed hours, your call to our agency will be directed to our automated reporting service that will record your message and locate the agent on call who will contact you within minutes. Information can be gathered and instructions given during this contact. We also provide a nationwide toll free number to the agency for those customers traveling outside our local calling areas: (877) 342-4539.
• We emphasize an education/consultative approach to delivering our programs and services. We'll take the time to explain and educate rather than "sell" you an insurance program. We prefer to design our programs around your specific needs rather than "sell" you a one-size fits all insurance policy. We value your relationship more than your premium dollars.
